Request deletion
Delete your Saylo account
Submit the email tied to your Saylo account. We may send a verification message before deleting account data.
If the form does not work, email us directly at support@saylo.example.com.
What happens after you request deletion
- We may contact you to verify that you own the account.
- After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal account data.
- Your profile, profile photo, language profile, interests, and account identifiers will be removed or de-identified.
- Messages, reports, and safety records may be retained where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
- Some backup copies may remain for a limited time before they are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
In-app deletion path
If you still have access to the app, you can also look for account controls in Saylo settings. Google Play requires apps with account creation to provide both an in-app path and a web link for account deletion requests.
